Tanks – A range of bunded tanks have been selected to provide the most cost effective solution for your business. From off shelf plastic tanks for smaller quantities of fuel and Adblue to custom designed steel tanks manufactured to BS799 for robustness and longevity of life, available in any shape and size to fit your storage requirements and budget. Custom designed bunded tanks with all equipment pre-installed, can be off-loaded, positioned and ready for use within a couple of hours.
Tank Gauges – Designed to give operators complete control over the management and reconciliation of fuel stocks, the tank gauge is an integral part of effective fuel management system. We have a wide range of tank gauges available to suit your needs including analogue and digital gauges.
Leak detection systems – as part of tank gauge solutions for bund alarms, line leak detection for interspatial pipework systems, Web based fuel monitoring systems and sudden loss alarms.
Pumps – helping you select the correct flow rate, accuracy and duty cycle for your application, designed with durability in mind. Triscan’s range of Diesel, Petrol, Gas Oil and AdBlue pumps provide a reliable, accurate and long-lasting fuelling solution.
Fuel Island Controller – Developed in house, Triscan’s Apollo 2™ is one of the leading fuel management systems. Offering the most flexible management of authorising access to fuel, capturing odometer data at the fuel island or automatically transferring the data to the system by a on board vehicle device or imports from third party systems. The Apollo 2™ seamlessly integrates with Triscan’s Odyssey World™ software. This gives users the ability to manage the fuel delivered on the fuel island and visibility of current stock levels for reordering; offers in-depth analysis of fuel consumption by driver or vehicle resulting in better management and accountability.
Software – Our Software, Odyssey World™ brings a new level of usability and functionality to fuel management. With web-based, real-time capabilities, Odyssey™ provides the user with central visibility of their entire estate’s fuel usage and stocks from any web-enabled pc. The software is hosted via a managed dedicated server hosted in the UK by Rackspace the market leading hosting company renowned for their fanatical support at 100% uptime guarantee.
Installation – Usually you have to contract several companies for your ground works, electrical installation and pipework connections but our extensively trained engineers are able to complete the full installation on time and to budget.
Prior to your new installation, Triscan can safely and legally decommission your existing equipment leaving the way clear to install your new equipment.
Service and support
With a wide range of hardware and software experience, Triscan’s Technical Support Team is on-hand to diagnose issues promptly. All of Triscan’s systems come with a comprehensive 12-month warranty as standard. Beyond this 12 month period, tailor made maintenance packages are available.
With a national network of experienced engineers, each with a van stocked with key parts and consumables, Triscan provide enviable response times and solution-driven responses to unscheduled maintenance events. The engineering team is supported centrally by our UK-based customer service centre and experienced research and development team.
