We recognise that the PRINCE2® methodology is the de-facto standard for project management in the UK, which is why we employ PRINCE2® accredited professionals. Each member of the team has many years of experience in the management of large, multiple site projects involving the supply and installation of fuel management hardware, software and vehicle based technologies within both the public and private sector.

On-site support issues are dealt with by Triscan engineers who have many years of experience dealing with Triscan equipment in varied customer environments. To ensure that the synergy between fuelling equipment and effective maintenance is upheld, all technicians are employed directly by Triscan. Technical and support teams are trained to the highest standard via formal, awarding technical bodies and pump manufacturers such as Pumptronics, DCD and Hytek. This continuous assessment and training of key staff helps to maintain our ISO9001 and Safe Contractor quality marks.

Our History

One of the first of its kind, the Triscan brand is established in 1984. Triscan soon confirms its pioneering status by launching the first PC linked fuel management system.
FuelScan, the first disc operating fuel management software is introduced to the market and becomes the standard solution for the next decade. Triscan also launches the European Systemiser (a W&M approved FIC), enabling airfields, marinas and other resellers of fuel to operate local accounts.
In response to customer requirements, Triscan develop automatic mileage entry and data capture. Triscan also launches Phoenix, a groundbreaking software tool which signals Triscan’s intentions in the sector for the next decade.
Elite is born, providing customers with improved functionality at the fuel island. Increased sales of fuel island controllers (in various guises) confirm that the industry is more focused on accessing crucial fuelling information via improved software products.
Odyssey Web™ is launched to the commercial transport sector. With a host of additional features, this software makes managing fuel costs even easier for transport professionals.
Odyssey World™ is introduced; this software now gives managers an even greater insight into critical issues such as driver behaviour, fuel usage and environmental performance. New features include real time fuelling transactions and different access permissions for different users. Triscan also launch a comprehensive range of Apollo fuel island controllers. 
Following an extremely busy and successful period, Triscan open a second office in Scotland and invest in a brand new headquarters to further reduce its carbon footprint. After recognising a huge demand for the supply and maintenance of fuel pumps, Triscan also launch in a competitively priced range of dispensers and introduce a comprehensive pump support programme for a low annual fee.

APEA is a UK based organisation, drawing membership from all quarters of the petroleum industry, including Regulators from National and Local Government Authorities, Oil Companies, Equipment Manufacturers and Suppliers, Service and Installation Organisations, Training Establishments and many others.
